Print Club
For an annual subscription of £72.00 per year excluding postage, you can have your files hand printed in Black and White or colour. For the annual subscription which runs for 12 calendar months from the joining date. You will be entitled to 12 prints, printed and centered on A3 super, (13"x19") on Epson Enhanced Matt fine art paper, the actual image size to be a maximum of 16" x 12".
Or twenty four 8"x10" sized prints. on Epson Archival Matt. You could mix and match, for example, have twelve 8"x10" and six A3 super prints centered (two 8"x10" prints makes up for one A3 super).
Postage and packing
Every time I print your image I will send you a PayPal invoice for the P&P costs, For A3 super prints in postal tubes £3.50 UK and £4.80 overseas.
For 8x10" prints the P&P would be £2.00 UK and £3.35 overseas sent in heavy card backed envelopes, maximum would be 5 prints per envelope
When the prints are ready to send I will send a PayPal invoice for the P&P costs, when that payment is received I will post First class.
Please note :
The maximum I can get in a postal tube is 4 prints and the maximum for 8"x10" prints would be 5 prints per envelope
You can send prints as high res JPEGS, (smaller file sizes for sending), I will convert them to 16bit Tiffs before printing.
On receiving the files I will evaluate its quality for output, If I think the image edit to be of a quality that would not print correctly I will contact you first before printing, you then have the option to re-edit following my notes or replace it with another, {no point printing if you are going to be disappointed with the end result).
The quality of any digital print output is determined by the quality of the file and edit of that file, poor quality edits will produce poor quality prints, Please do not over oversharpen your images, do a gentle pre-sharpen only, If necessary, I will add
optimised and output sharpen to the file, don't upsize from very small files or big crops, the quality will reduce dramatically doing this. if its a big crop or a small file size, consider printing to the smaller 8"x10" print,
Please keep in mind this service is not commercial photo Lab printing, (bang it through and send it back :-( It is a high quality service that will get the best possible quality from your digital files, using arguably the best paper profiles you can get, the prints will be completely neutral in tone with no colour casts or metamarism, printed through one of the most advanced RIP printer software's available.

I will not alter your image in any way other than apply output optimization and sharpening.
I cannot be held responsible for poor quality prints through, EG over sharpening, halos, pixelization ,out of focus,camera shake or general poor tonal editing.
If you send a toned file, I will emulate that in imageprint RIP
Please do not send files with white borders around them
Images should be sent, ready cropped to size, at 360dpi
You must use your yearly or four monthly subscription amount (prints) in 12 or four calendar months, it cannot be carried over into another year.
The papers that your files are printed on *Archival and Enhanced matt are classed as acid free archival quality fine art papers, they are not cotton based and do not have the same textural quality and weight of the 100% fiber based **Cotton rag FAP, for that service you would have to use the The Bespoke printing service. Typical weights *190gsm **250~350gsm
You can pay a 4 months subscription of £24.00, but you print quota will reduce to eight 8"x10" or four A3 Super prints per four months, (two 8"x10" prints equates to one A3 super), so you can mix the orders EG, two A3 super prints and four 8"x10" in the four month period, etc etc.

Once you have contacted me confirming you would like to join the Print Club I will send you a PayPal invoice for the yearly subscription of £72.00 or the four month subscription of £24.00 plus the start and expiry dates for your subscription.
You can also pay by Cheque but this would be for UK customers only, once you apply to join the Print Club I will send you details of how to pay and where to send the cheque and also give you your start and expiry date plus where and how to send your files for the Print Club.
