For Matt paper my choice is,Hahnemühle William Turner Photo Rag. William Turner is especially beautiful for black and white because it adds a certain depth that other papers don't provide, the paper texture is extraordinary to feel. For Baryta paper my choice is Hahnemuhle Fine Art Baryta, the surface is like traditional wet darkroom papers, it has a semi gloss surface with a wonderful texture to look at.
